On 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC cane into force (general data protection regulation) hereinafter referred to as the Regulation. Please be informed that pursuant to art. 13 and art. 14 of the Regulation, starting 25 May 2018 the information and principles provided below, connected with data processing by entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group will be effective.

2. How we have possessed your data:

Your personal data come from:

• The performance of the agreement concluded by entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group or the initiation of necessary actions for the agreement to be concluded (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1. lit. b of the Regulation),
• Generally available sources in the scope of normal data.

3. Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing

Entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group process your data for the following purposes:

• Performance of the agreement concluded with entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group or taking actions that are indispensable for its conclusion (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1. lit. b of the Regulation)
• Fulfilment of duties imposed on entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group in connection with conducted activity and performance of concluded agreements (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 letter c of the Regulation),
• Marketing and promotion of products and services offered by entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1. Letter a of the Regulation),
• Debt recovery (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1. letter f of the Regulation)
• Internal administrative purposes of entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group, including statistics and reporting.

4. Passing data from data recipient

In view of the data processed in accordance clause 3, your personal data can be made available to other recipients or categories of personal data recipients. Recipients of your data include:

• Entities authorised to collect personal your data in accordance with applicable laws.
• Entities taking part in completion of services rendered by entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group
• Entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group in connection with the activity conducted and performance of agreements.

5. How long we store your personal data

Your personal data will be processed for a period that is necessary to accomplish processing goals referred to in clause 3, i.e.:

• In the scope of the agreement concluded by you with entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group. For a period commencing on the date of completion of performance thereof, and afterwards for a period and in the scope required by the law or in order to secure possible claims, and in the event of your consent for data processing after the expiry, until such consent has been withdrawn,
• In the scope of fulfilment of legal obligations duties imposed on entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group in connection with the activity conducted and performic of agreements, for a period ending while these obligations have been fulfilled by the aforementioned entities,
• In the scope of marketing and promotion of products and services offered by entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group for a period ending once your consent to data processing has been withdrawn,
• In the scope of internal administrative acts for a period until legally justified interests of entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group have been fulfilled constituting legal basis for such processing or until your objection against such processing.

6. What are your rights towards entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group

On account of personal data processing by entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group, you have a right to:

• Access the content of the data pursuant to art. 15 of the Regulation,
• Rectify the data pursuant to art. 16 of the Regulation,
• Delete data pursuant to art. 17 of the Regulation,
• Limit data processing pursuant to art. 18 of the Regulation,
• Object to data processing pursuant to art. 21 of the Regulation,
• Data portability pursuant to art. 20 of the Regulation.

7. Right to withdraw consent 

When data processing is effected pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter a of the Regulation, i.e. consent to data processing, you have a right to withdraw your consent at any time, and it shall have no impact on legality of the processing effected on the basis of such consent before it has been withdrawn.

8. Right to make complaint 

If entities from Star Polska Transport Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. capital group processing personal data are found to breach the provisions of the Regulation, you have right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.
